Privacy.
Sollo is built to know as little about you as possible. Last updated [date].
Sollo has no analytics and no telemetry. Your account holds your email address and your business’s name. The business data you keep in Sollo is stored on our servers in Switzerland, encrypted, and used only to run Sollo for you. Your mail stays on your computer.
When you ask Sollo for a draft or an answer, what the panel shows as sent goes to Anthropic, under Anthropic's commercial terms. Any account or task can be set to local only.
A report you send from Sollo contains what its preview showed you: the version, your system and, if you leave them ticked, the last 200 log lines. Logs never contain mail text.
No cookies, no trackers and no access logs: the server does not record who visits.
We keep your message for as long as we need it to answer, and no longer.
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, you can ask what we hold about you and have it corrected or deleted. Write to privacy@gosollo.ch.
