Switch an app on when you need it. Each part knows the others: a thread belongs to a client, a timer starts from a thread, and a timesheet comes from the hours.

Mail, drafts, summaries and rules are stored encrypted on your computer. They never reach our servers.
Sorting runs on a local model. Drafts and questions go to Claude, and the panel shows what was sent each time. Any account can be set to local only.
Clients, projects, hours and invoices are kept on our servers in Switzerland, encrypted at rest. A copy stays on your computer, so you can work offline.
